Appropriate for any level practitioner, Mindful Flow will encourage you through an introspective process of self-inquiry and response to safely discover, play with and approach your personal edge in your practice. This class will Integrate therapeutic principles, focus of intention & brief mindfulness meditation. You will be moved into a slow, deep flow using alignment-focused asana (posture) targeting the release of stress, tension, and congestion in the body and the mind. Pranayama (breathwork) and introspective awareness will lead you through the perfect yoga practice.

Yoga Fusion Booty Camp Series

This class is a hybridization of yoga and calisthenics as well as tapping into some innate movements good for the body. The first half begins with yoga to warm the muscles. We will move through a yoga flow that will build energy. We will then move onto core and strength with calisthenics. The term calisthenics comes from the Greek words kallos (beauty) and sthenos (strength). Bodyweight exercise, also known as calisthenics, is the art of using one’s own bodyweight to build strength and muscle. Done progressively, this develops the body into insane power and athleticism. Mental wellness, injury rehabilitation, pain relief and more can be achieved with intelligent bodily exercise.
This is a high energy class. Come prepared to sweat :) Because of all the movement, space is limited so email to sign up!

Handmade Mala Beads for Sale
Each set of beads has a handcrafted card that describes the energy of the beads used to make it so you can get a set of beads to meet your individual needs and taste.
A mala is a strand of beads, traditionally used for counting during mantra meditations. Malas can consist of 108 beads. There are many theories behind the significance of the number 108 which has long been considered a sacred number. It is thought that the number 1 stands for God, the universe or your own highest truth; 0 stands for emptiness and humility in spiritual practice; and 8 stands for infinity and timelessness. Malas have been used since at least the 10th century as a meditation aid. They allow us to focus the mind on a single pointed task as we work through our meditation. If you practice meditation and yoga, a mala can be a powerful tool in your quest for wellness and clearer understanding.
