Conni Sithes is a student and teacher of Prana Flow. an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea. In her playful, dynamic practice that is invigorating and grounding, Conni awakens a deeper awareness of core strength both physically and energetically. In 2007, she completed her 200 hour teacher training at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. In 2011, she completed her 300 hour teacher training with Shiva Rea.
The culmination of a lifetime of fitness and embodying the energy of nature has merged with the playful practice of Prana Flow. The opportunity to assist Maria Garre and Carson Efird in their teacher training programs has allowed Conni to dive deeper into the embodiment of Prana Flow. Always searching for the opportunity to open student’s perspectives, Conni has created a sanctuary that encompasses all aspects that mother nature has to offer with hiking, kayaking sunrise meditation and yoga.

Erin Schryver, RYT 200 Prana Flow, Wellness Lifestyle Practitioner, and Cross-Fit Coach
Erin has been studying health and wellness for over over 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition from Meredith College. After college she mentored under Dr. James Chestnut E.Ed, M.Sc., D.C, C.C.W.P. She became certified as a Wellness Lifestyle Practitioner under the ICA Wellness Lifestyle Certification Program, the first accredited post-graduate evidence-based wellness lifestyle certification program in history. A love for fitness, Erin became the Physical Trainer for the Capital City Young Marines. She also was a Cross-Fit Coach assisting men and women alike to find a more innate workout routine.
Growing up in the Adirondacks, she has a love of the outdoors, hiking, trail running, camping, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snow shoeing , and anything that involves being outside. She was introduced to yoga in 2006 and instantly fell in love with such a graceful way to move the body. She became certified in Prana Flow in 2014 under the guidance of Carson Efird. Teaching yoga, Erin loves to share the gift of movement with others as part of a wellness lifestyle.
