Vinyasa Flow -A series of asanas that work seamlessly together with breath to build heat within the body while creating, endurance, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
Prana Power Flow (energetic) - Prana Power Flow is a dynamic and energetic form of Vinyasa Yoga. This class will physically and mentally challenge the practitioner to connect to their inner power, empowering their presence of mind and body. Power Flow helps heal, detoxify and rouse the body and mind through balance and intention, strength and spirituality.
Powerflow Vinyasa (energetic) -This class typically begins with a Sun Salutation warm-up series, emphasizing the importance of connecting breath with movement. Class will incorporate more challenging postures such as creative standing balance, arm balancing and inversions. There will be modifications and variations offered for all poses so that the intensity and challenge is up to the individual. Be prepared to have fun, sweat, tone and break through internally perceived physical and mental limitations.
Yoga for Kids - Build strength and flexibility with physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. Promotes self-confidence, awareness and self-control which can be applied to everyday situations.
Fluid Power Flow (energizing) - A practice that allows us to play within our own creative fires with energizing movement, core strength awareness to regenerate and integrate into our fluid being. Previous yoga experience required.
Mindful Flow all levels: Appropriate for any level practitioner, Mindful Flow will encourage you through an introspective process of self-inquiry and response to safely discover, play with and approach your personal edge in your practice. This class will Integrate therapeutic principles, focus of intention & brief mindfulness meditation. You will be moved into a slow, deep flow using alignment-focused asana (posture) targeting the release of stress, tension, and congestion in the body and the mind. Pranayama (breathwork) and introspective awareness will lead you through the perfect yoga practice.
Gentle Flow & Meditation all levels: Bringing the body and mind into a space of joy and serenity through yoga practice. In this class, instead of going through a rigid sequence of poses, we will find a gentle and graceful flow between and within poses. This gentle flow stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system, which brings us into a space of peaceful relaxation.You will be encouraged to listen to and honor your body, and given freedom to find the movements that feel right to you. Choices are always offered in the poses so each individual can choose the level of challenge they are comfortable with—making this an appropriate class for all levels of practitioners.
In this class you will also spend ten minutes in seated meditation. This is a time in which we will release tensions in the mental and physical body, much in the same way as our asana practice releases tensions in the muscles.
Yoga Basics: Learn foundational yoga postures and alignment, breathing practice, meditation, deep relaxation, and basic yoga teachings. Yoga can help with increasing the flexibility of the spine, range of motion of your joints, core strength, balance and focus, relaxation and ability to sleep, body awareness and energy and vitality.
Beginner yoga: Designed to increase core strength, fluidity, flexibility, balance, coordination, breath awareness, and relaxation. This is a fundamental level from which the foundation of the practice is built. Individual abilities may be accommodated with Yoga props.
